Monday nights at 6:00 PM . Come and get flexible with our own certified yoga instructor, Carrie Tallon. This 1 hour class was an instant hit at our ladies night in November and by popular demand we will be offering this class throughout the winter. Forget hitting the gym, Yoga offers the key to true cycling success, flexibilty and more range of motion to put the power to the pedals. Classes are one hour long and we have invested in mats, blocks and straps if you don't have your own. The class fee is $10 of which a $4 contribution to St Louis Children's Hospital Asthma Research is included. Class dates 12/28, Jan 4, Jan 11, Jan 18, Jan 25, Jan 32nd.
