An interactive class focusing on how to treat and prevent sports-related injuries using Julie's proven trigger point protocol. Far more than a relaxing massage, the technique is a systematic and focused method of treating chronic joint pain, sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries (RSI). Conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, TMJ, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, low back pain, fibromyalgia, and a whole array of joint conditions which are commonly caused by muscle tension have been successfully treated with her methods.
Everyone will receive an electronic edition of her treatment book "Treat Yourself to Pain Free Living." The class is limited to 20 people and will fill up quickly. Reservation deadline is September 10th. If you are attending please wear shorts and bring your yoga mat if you have one.

Matt, an avid single speed mountain biker, discovered Julie's website while desperately searching for his own medical answers after several physical therapist offices had told him he simply needed to stretch, rest and stay off the bike.
He has been battling trigger point issues focusing on his lower back and legs which had kept him off a bike for almost 4 months. After starting Julie's protocol he was back on the bike in two weeks and is nearly back to normal.
Simply put, Julie Donnelly's methods work. You can massage, treat and stretch your body back to health on your own time!

Taken from the website www.julstro.com:
"...
In 1989 I began working with individuals who were suffering
from chronic joint pain and sports injuries. I quickly began working
with serious athletes, many of them endurance athletes that compete in
races with such grueling events as the Century Marathons (actually
running 100 miles!), the Race Across America (RAAM) where an athlete
cycles from San Diego to Atlantic City, NJ in just 8 days, and Ironman
Triathlons which combine 2 ½ miles swimming, 112 miles cycling and then
finishing off with 26.2 miles running, It's just amazing working with
these athletes and it definitely made me stretch my abilities to figure
out how to help them.
From my work with endurance athletes, serious local athletes,
and people who were suffering from a wide assortment of chronic joint
pains, the Julstro techniques of self-treatment developed. Expanding my
teaching with the addition of the self-treatment concept really started
to separate me from the majority of my peers. I found that as I began to
teach people how to help-themselves they could continue their therapy
outside of their session with me. It was (and is) wonderful to watch
people begin to get permanent relief from pain.

We hope to see you on September 14th!
